Some will become selfish, some will take advantage of others at their weak point.

but lets be the Jesus crowd. The ones who are not self centered. The ones who put others before self.
Everyone has suffered equally. no one suffers more than another. Even the land.

Though we build our new life and future, lets make sure to rally together and build each other up. Look out for the wounded, and save the dying.

I hope u guys catch the message.

And to lead in example of my post, I'll be first to volunteer to help out disaster relief. Who else's in?
Alright my beloved guys. Do gimme a call if you should need to talk or ask anything yup.

And we know that we might have lost some things, but God will turn the bad around, and make it even better than before. yup.

All these now reminds me of the part of the bible that says "strike the Shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered". When Jesus was crucified, His followers were in a lost for about few days. but they soon grew stronger, and with the Holy Spirit's anointing, exploded to the rest of the world.

The end will be greater than the begining. yeah.

And really thanks to our beloved Winnie through all this time. It's been the most enriching experience. agree?
I've learnt alot. And caught alot.
With the most important of all, her love and relationship with God.
Through her thickest and thinnest, she always loves Jesus.
haha.

And all this time She's spent with us, isn't cheap. All these were paid with her life, literally. Lets make her sacrifice for us count. Don't give up this walk. Remember all we've learnt from her, and bless many others. Lets be history makers, and leave a legacy!

Love u all,
David.

Hello. This is my first post. If you don't know who Geminial is, it's just your friendly friend, Min.

I'm starting this post with quite a sombre mood, having received a certain SMS from our beloved Winnie.

Rachel, Daniel and I were just talking.

There's no point being sad. Of course we're all sad. You'd be a robot if you're not.

But if this is for God I'm sure we'll all do it.

Okay, enough seriousness. I don't like being serious for too long. Takes the fun out of everything, yea?

About that skin.. Well. Jesus and the Jewish people ate a wide variety of fish due to the great availability of fresh seafood in Jerusalem's marketplace. At the time of Jesus, the average person would select meat only for special occasions. Meat would have been considered a main course set aside for times of festivity. Fish remained the diet staple because it was less expensive and easier to obtain.

Fishing was important in the life and ministry of Jesus. Prior to Jesus's calling several of His disciples, they were professional fisherman. This may be part of the reason that a number of Jesus's parables, miracles, and teachings concerned fish.

Twice Jesus fed multitudes of people with just a few fish. On one occasion, He took five loaves and two fish, blessed them, broke them, and gave them to His disciples to feed five thousand men, plus women and children in the crowd (see Matthew 14: 16-21). Later, Jesus took seven loaves and "a few little fish" and gave thanks for them, broke them, and gave them to His disciples to feed four thousand men, besides the women and children (see Matthew 15:32-37).1 In both miracles, everyone was fed and there were even portions left over!

Making wise food choices, including fresh fish, can help overcome the effects of illness.Fish is an excellent source of healthy protein, and it's low in saturated fats. In addition to this, most fish are naturally low in calories and are rich in healthy oils, vitamins, and minerals.

Some people do not care to eat fish because of its fishy taste and smell. But it's worth learning to eat fish, even if you don't eat it regularly at first. Fish, deemed clean in Leviticus 9, are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, potassium, vitamins, and minerals.

According to some leading healthcare professionals, certain foods have been discovered to have a significant effect on mood, memory, and other mental functions. Fish, known as a brain food for its high selenium, may be one of them. Research in this area has led many nutritionists to believe that a lack of selenium can cause some people to suffer from depression, fatigue, and anxiety. Findings indicate that proper amounts of selenium improves mood significantly.

Vitamin B12, a key immune system booster, is found in cold-water fish. Vitamin B12, or cobalamin, may help prevent memory loss, impaired abstract thinking skills, and mental confusion. Making wise food choices, including fresh fish, can help overcome the effects of illness, including Alzheimers disease, by helping to block aluminum toxicity.

Another article, The Biblical Bean
Good for health.

In Bible times, beans, peas, and lentils, easily grown, were used for a variety of dishes, including coarse bread, known as Ezekiel bread. Due to their simplicity of drying and storing, beans, peas, and lentils were plentiful year-round.

Lentils, commonly consumed in Israel during biblical times are actually one of the oldest cultivated plants. Archaeological evidence indicated that they were cultivated in the Near East as early as 18,000BC. Bible scholars believe that many of the beans mentioned in the Bible included broad beans such as the fava.

Throughout the Bible there seems to be a consistent message: Beans are a tremendous source of nutrition and health. Being so, they were a staple source of food during Bible times. The Word of God clearly illustrates their popularity in the lives of Esau and Daniel.

Beans have an amazing ability to reduce the rise in blood sugar later on.The story of Jacob and Esau is one of the most powerful stories in Genesis. We are told that Esau had been out n the field hunting all day and came home very hungry and was even feeling faint. Esau smelled a pot of soup cooking, and he said to his brother, Jacob, "Please feed me with that same red stew, for I am weary" (Genesis 25:30). Red stew is an ancient dish in the Middle East made of beans and lentils boiled in garlic - a wholesome, tasty meal. Jacob capitalized on his brother's hunger and bought Esau's birthright for that stew (see Genesis 25:31).

In the life of Daniel, we see that he had a good understanding of the nutritious value of beans. When offered the king's meat, Daniel refused. Instead, he asked for pulse (broad beans) and water (Daniel 1:12). Why? Daniel sought to keep his mind sharp, body strong, and remain on guard. He didn't want to let down his defenses by eating foods that might cause him to weaken in purpose (Daniel 1:15). Beans have an amazing ability to reduce the rise in blood sugar later on.

The book on Ezekiel also points to the body-strengthening benefits of beans used in bread. God said to Ezekiel, "Also take for yourself wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and spelt; put them into one vessel, and make bread of them for yourself" (Ezekiel 4:9).

and yet another. this is my fav actually.
Leeks, Onions and Garlic
Get ready to eat all these when we go to Israel this november!! Yay! haha.
the last time i went, i grabbed a bunch of raw spring onions and munched them on the boat crusing the sea of gallilee. and they were huge. and super tasty. really a giant's land.

By BHM
Leeks, onion, and garlic have been valued for their flavor as well as for their herbal remedies for thousands of years. Onions are one of the first foods mentioned in written text in general.

Although these foods can leave a pungent odor and flavor, people of Bible days understood their benefits. Egyptian laborers ate leeks, onions, and garlic to increase their stamina and maximize endurance as they constructed Khufu’s pyramid. Onions were thought to bring great energy for hard manual labor. Garlic was most commonly enjoyed as a component of Lebanese dishes; it also became a staple food of the Israelites in Egypt (see Numbers 5).

Leeks are appreciated for their versatility in cooking. They are greatly appreciated in traditional meals of the Middle East. The leek’s flavor is mild and sweeter to taste in comparison to its stronger cousins, onions and garlic. Garlic is still grown in Egypt today, however Syrian garlic is favored. One common use in Lebanon is garlic sauce on salads.

Although these foods can leave a pungent odor and flavor, people of Bible days understood their benefits.Garlic, onions, and leeks are members of the lily family and close in relation. Research shows that several dozen or more anticancer compounds are present in these life-giving foods. Both garlic and onions contain allium compounds (diallyl sulfides). Healthcare professionals claim that these important compounds help increase the activity of cancer-fighting immune cells.

Other benefits provided by leeks, onions, and garlic are numerous. Some have used onions as an antiseptic and a pain reliever. Many leading physicians suggest that onions may possess various antibiotic properties that fight against bacteria, fungi, and parasites. It’s also good to note that onions provide flavonoids, a group of nutrients found in vegetables which are essential for processing vitamin C and needed to maintain capillary walls, or antioxidants that quench free-radical reactions. The juicy peel is a good place to find a high number of healthy flavonoids.

Garlic is hailed as being greatly beneficial by top healthcare professionals all over the world. Reports suggest that garlic may also help with poor circulation. Adding garlic to our recipes is a good way to relieve high blood pressure and possibly dilate or help open the arteries and aid the cardiovascular system. Nutritionists claim that not only can garlic help prevent cancer, but it also directly fights the disease and can stimulate the body’s defense mechanisms.

Sources
http://www.bennyhinn.org/yourlife/Healthy-Living-Featured-Articles/Leeks,-Onions-and-Garlic.html
http://www.bennyhinn.org/yourlife/Healthy-Living-Featured-Articles/The-Biblical-Bean.html
http://www.bennyhinn.org/yourlife/Healthy-Living-Featured-Articles/Fish-The-Brain-Food-.html

You guys SO have to try this its scarily true!

They say your handwriting determines your personality so i went on a site to do a test and the results i got waas SCARILY TRUE!! o_O
www.handwritingwizard.com

Look at my results! :
P/s: Boopy is me 8-)
******* The Analysis Starts Here *******

For a graphologist, the spacing on the page reflects the writer's attitude toward their own world and relationship to things in his or her own space. If the inputted data was correct Boopy has no white space or margins on a typical sheet of paper. Boopy fills up every last inch on the top, right, left, and bottom. Hmmm. If this is true, then Boopy has a very aggressive personality toward others and quite frankly lacks a bit of respect for the space and property of other people. I would be surprised if Boopy just comes into someone's home and helps herself to a drink in the refrigerator. This can be both an obnoxious personality trait and it can be assertive and effective in getting what you want. There isn't much fear of getting in trouble here, Boopy finds plenty of reasons to break the rules and get in trouble. (Okay, perhaps when she was younger, not anymore?) Basically, people with no margins are a handful

Boopy is sarcastic. This is a defense mechanism designed to protect her ego when she feels hurt. She pokes people harder than she gets poked. These sarcastic remarks can be very funny. They can also be harsh, bitter, and caustic at the same time.

Boopy is a practical person whose goals are planned, practical, and down to earth. This is typical of people with normal healthy self-esteem. She needs to visualize the end of a project before she starts. she finds joy in anticipation and planning. Notice that I said she plans everything she is going to do, that doesn't necessarily mean things go as planned. Boopy basically feels good about herself. She has a positive self-esteem which contributes to her success. She feels she has the ability to achieve anything she sets her mind to. However, she sets her goals using practicality-- not too "out of reach". She has enough self-confidence to leave a bad situation, yet, she will not take great risks, as they relate to her goals. A good esteem is one key to a happy life. Although there is room for improvement in the confidence catagery, her self-perception is better than average.

In reference to Boopy's mental abilities, she has a very investigating and creating mind. She investigates projects rapidly because she is curious about many things. She gets involved in many projects that seem good at the beginning, but she soon must slow down and look at all the angles. She probably gets too many things going at once. When Boopy slows down, then she becomes more creative than before. Since it takes time to be creative, she must slow down to do it. She then decides what projects she has time to finish. Thus she finishes at a slower pace than when she started the project. She has the best of two kinds of minds. One is the quick investigating mind. The other is the creative mind. Her mind thinks quick and rapidly in the investigative mode. She can learn quicker, investigate more, and think faster. Boopy can then switch into her low gear. When she is in the slower mode, she can be creative, remember longer and stack facts in a logical manner. She is more logical this way and can climb mental mountains with a much better grip.

Boopy will be candid and direct when expressing her opinion. She will tell them what she thinks if they ask for it, whether they like it or not. So, if they don't really want her opinion, don't ask for it!

Boopy will demand respect and will expect others to treat her with honor and dignity. Boopy believes in her ideas and will expect other people to also respect them. She has a lot of pride.

Boopy is moderately outgoing. Her emotions are stirred by sympathy and heart rendering stories. In fact, she can be kind, friendly, affectionate and considerate of others. She has the ability to put herself into the other person's shoes. Boopy will be somewhat moody, with highs and lows. Sometimes she will be happy, the next day she might be sad. She has the unique ability to get along equally well with what psychology calls introverts and extroverts. This is because she is in between. Psychology calls Boopy an ambivert. She understands the needs of both types. Although they get along, she will not tolerate anyone that is too "far out." She doesn't sway too far one way or the other. When convincing her to buy a product or an idea, a heart rendering story could mean a great deal to her. She puts herself in the same situation as the person in the story, yet she will not buy anything that seems overly impractical or illogical. Boopy is an expressive person. She outwardly shows her emotions. She may even show traces of tears when hearing a sad story. Boopy is a "middle-of-the-roader," politically as well as logically. She weighs both sides of an issue, sits on the fence, and then will decide when she finally has to. She basically doesn't relate to any far out ideas and usually won't go to the extreme on any issue.

People that write their letters in an average height and average size are moderate in their ability to interact socially. According to the data input, Boopy doesn't write too large or too small, indicating a balanced ability to be social and interact with others.

Daniel's :

th******* The Analysis Starts Here *******

For a graphologist, the spacing on the page reflects the writer's attitude toward their own world and relationship to things in his or her own space. If the inputted data was correct Daniel has left lots of white space on the right side of the paper. Daniel fills up the rest of the page in a normal fashion. If this is true, then Daniel has an unhealthy relationship to the past and has a fear of moving forward. The right side of the page represents the future and Daniel seems unwilling to face the fear of getting started living now and planning for the future. Daniel seems to be clinging to past events and spending lots of time thinking about what happened. It would be best to leave the past behind and move on. Stop crowding that left margin.

I don't know about this but then I do think and analysis about past stuffs and saying how the past will be valuable experience to my future. If the data input is correct, Daniel's y or g is large and has triangle shape to the lower loop. This is not a common trait, but the implications are very interesting. As you begin to study handwriting analysis, you will learn any loop indicates imagination. This lower loop indicates the amount of imagination Daniel has regarding sex and physical things. His lower zone stroke is large, so his sexual imagination is large and open. Furthermore, because the loop has a triangle shape, this indicates a particular curiosity with certain aspects of sexuality. In a nutshell, Daniel is open to some very new ideas sexually and is willing to try anything once. I'd say Daniel is quite a dynamic and playful lover. He sometimes pretends to be busy, so he will not have to do whatever he is putting off. He is often late to appointments or deadlines. This usually leads to a great amount of effort at the last minute to meet the deadline. Procrastination is an important factor as it relates to his output on the job or at school. Remember, Daniel will put it off until later. Procrastination is easily overcome through a simple stroke adjustment in the handwriting.

Uhh I don't act busy. This is a defense mechanism designed to protect his ego when he feels hurt. He pokes people harder than he gets poked. These sarcastic remarks can be very funny. They can also be harsh, bitter, and caustic at the same time.

I am able to “suan” my friends like forever. Someone once told Daniel that he wasn't a great and beautiful person, and he believed them. Daniel also has a fear that he might fail if he takes large risks. Therefore he resists setting his goals too high, risking failure. He doesn't have the internal confidence that frees him to take risks and chance failure. Daniel is capable of accomplishing much more than he is presently achieving. All this relates to his self-esteem. Daniel's self-concept is artificially low. Daniel will stay in a bad situation much too long... why? Because he is afraid that if he makes a change, it might get worse. It is hard for Daniel to plan too far into the future. He kind of takes things on a day to day basis. He may tell you his dreams but he is living in today, with a fear of making a change. No matter how loud he speaks, look at his actions. This is perhaps the biggest single barrier to happiness people not believing in and loving themselves. Daniel is an example of someone living with a low self-image, because their innate self-confidence was broken.

I don't dare to take charge. I tend to draw onto other's energy instead of inputing mine in a leadership position. I'm still battling self-image and I believe that I'm improving in this area. God allowed me to be in the highest position that I have never thought of before (becoming a sole proprietor) and I am still adapting to the fact that I can do all things with Christ who strengthens me.

In reference to Daniel's mental abilities, he has a very investigating and creating mind. He investigates projects rapidly because he is curious about many things. He gets involved in many projects that seem good at the beginning, but he soon must slow down and look at all the angles. He probably gets too many things going at once. When Daniel slows down, then he becomes more creative than before. Since it takes time to be creative, he must slow down to do it. He then decides what projects he has time to finish. Thus he finishes at a slower pace than when he started the project. He has the best of two kinds of minds. One is the quick investigating mind. The other is the creative mind. His mind thinks quick and rapidly in the investigative mode. He can learn quicker, investigate more, and think faster. Daniel can then switch into his low gear. When he is in the slower mode, he can be creative, remember longer and stack facts in a logical manner. He is more logical this way and can climb mental mountains with a much better grip.

True!

Remember the “guess the beginning of the story” game? He feels emotional situations very strongly. He'll flash to the very peaks of elation, sweeping everything before him. Then, for some reason unknown to himself, he will burn out emotionally. These mood swings can be very disturbing to him. Sometimes, he feels that he can no longer produce anything. But, after given some time alone to "recharge his emotional batteries", he will spring back into action. Because Daniel feels situations intensely, he relates easily to others' problems. If he is not careful, when he comes into contact with someone who is in a depressed frame of mind, he will also suffer the same emotions and change moods. Daniel reacts impulsively, without much thought before hand. He may plan everything in detail before he even begins, then do it completely different when the time comes to carry it through. Daniel has a strong need for affection. He thrives on touching and being touched. Daniel desires being told that he is loved, every day. He enjoys being the center of attention. He loves attention, sometimes he even retells stories that got him attention earlier. Daniel has the possibility of being a actor or natural born salesperson, simply because he relates so well to other people. He likes expressing how he feels, what he is doing, and what he plans to do. He is a people person. He will work most efficiently in a people orientated job as opposed to a job working alone on an assembly line (that would drive him insane.)

Exactly true.

At the starting of the 4 months training in the Police Academy, people know me to be super approachable and friendly. Facts about Chocolate!

There are about 5 to 10 milligrams of caffeine in one ounce of bittersweet chocolate, 5 milligrams in milk chocolate, and 10 milligrams in a six-ounce cup of cocoa; by contrast, there are 100 to 150 milligrams of caffeine in an eight-ounce cup of brewed coffee. You would have to eat more than a dozen Hershey Bars, for example, to get the amount of caffeine in one cup of coffee.
Chocolate has long been heralded for its value as an energy source. Think of it this way: a single chocolate chip provides sufficient food energy for an adult to walk 150 feet; hence, it would take about 35 chocolate chips to go a mile, or 875,000 for an around-the-world hike.
Although chocolate is not an aphrodisiac, as the ancient Aztecs believed, chocolate contains phenylethylamine (PEA), a natural substance that is reputed to stimulate the same reaction in the body as falling in love. Hence, heartbreak and loneliness are great excuses for chocolate overindulgence.
It is reported that Napoleon carried chocolate with him on his military campaigns, and always ate it when he needed quick energy.
While solid chocolate certainly is high in fat, just over half the calories in bittersweet, semisweet, and milk chocolate come from fat. And even though the cocoa butter in chocolate is mostly saturated fat, studies have shown that it doesn't appear to raise blood cholesterol.
It's a common myth that chocolate aggravates acne. Experiments conducted at the University of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Naval Academy found that consumption of chocolate -- even frequent daily dietary intake -- had no effect on the incidence of acne. Professional dermatologists today do not link acne with diet.
Ten percent of U.S. Recommended Daily Allowance of iron is found in one ounce of baking chocolate or cocoa.
Lecithin is an emulsifier used to reduce the viscosity of chocolate. It serves to lessen the amount of cocoa butter required in the manufacturing process.
Chocolate can be lethal to dogs. Theobromine, an ingredient that stimulates the cardiac muscle and the central nervous system, causes chocolate's toxicity.
